All ticket prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). The price shown includes the base ticket price and a separately itemized service fee. The total price (base + service fee) is clearly displayed before checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice until a purchase is completed.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your credit card details.
After a successful purchase, you will receive an email confirmation from Stripe. This serves as your receipt. Please retain this for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact us at [email protected].
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are generally not available. However, if an event is cancelled by the venue or performer, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. If an event is rescheduled, your tickets will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, contact us within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement for a refund.
We aggregate event information from various sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that event details (dates, times, lineups, prices) are always current or correct. Always verify event details with the venue before attending. We are not responsible for changes made by venues or performers.
For events where we do not directly sell tickets, we provide links to third-party ticketing platforms. These external sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of service. Purchases made on third-party sites are governed by their respective policies.
By subscribing to event alerts (email or SMS), you consent to receive communications about upcoming events. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or replying STOP to any SMS message. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS alerts.
The Site and its original content (excluding user-generated content and third-party event data) are owned by Need A Comic LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Event names, performer names, and venue names belong to their respective owners.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
